Stop and breathe. During our yoga retreat, you’ll have time for what really matters most – yourself. If we want to glow with health, yoga is a great help. During the three days, you will not only experience regular yoga classes led by experienced instructors, but also exceptional healthy cuisine at our fine dining restaurant Remedi.

The Oblík Mountain has been a sacred place since prehistoric times. Today, you can conclude your hike to its summit with a gastronomic experience, for which we will gladly prepare a tailor-made package of delights.
The Central Bohemian Highlands, which our resort is surrounded by, is an ideal environment for relaxation and recharging your energy. Whether you decide to go on a trip with the whole family or an active weekend on your own, you will certainly choose from the wide range of possibilities offered by the surrounding trails.
The resort lies on the border of the Oblík National Nature Reserve, where you will encounter many rare species of flora and fauna. If you want to learn more about the local nature, our resort is right next to a beautiful nature trail.
Dive into our outdoor pool during the warm summer months. The facility is available to all the Oblík Resort guests from 8 AM to dusk.
Just a short drive from the resort are unique places to see. Do not miss the Libochovice Castle, which dates back to the fourteenth century, or the unbuilt church in Panenský Týnec.
Our farm is home to sheep, ponies, goats or horses, which will surely delight not only children.
