Remedi Restaurant
Savor the highest form of experiential gastronomy. In our premium restaurant Remedi, which is part of the Oblik Resort, Chef Josef Pindur works his magic. In 2022, he was awarded a Michelin star in France. He has also worked in several other countries, including Malaysia and Taiwan.
We focus on using high-quality seasonal ingredients. Many of these are grown in our own garden, and we collaborate with local suppliers. Our tasting and à la carte menus are inspired by global trends and include the option of exclusive wine pairing. We haven’t forgotten our youngest guests – Remedi also offers a children’s menu.
