At our Restaurant Remedi, Chef Josef Pindur is making magic. He worked for elite European restaurants and now prepares his own fine dining menu right here.
Our menu focuses on high quality seasonal ingredients, many of which we grow in our own garden or source from local suppliers.
Our authentic degustation menus offer selected wine pairings.
Opening hours:
Thursday 18:00-23:00 (last order in the kitchen at 21:00)
Friday, Saturday: 12:00-15:00 (last kitchen order at 14:00) and 18:00-23:00 (last kitchen order at 21:00)
Sunday 12:00-15:00 (last order in the kitchen at 14:00, on Sundays we only prepare the bistro menu)

We offer both a degustation menu and a bistro menu at lunchtime for non-accommodated guests. For dinner we offer only the degustation menu.
For guests staying in the hotel, we offer breakfast in the morning and both a degustation menu and a bistro menu during lunch and dinner.
Subject to menu changes based on availability of seasonal ingredients.
